National Center for Science Technology Innovation (NCSTI)

The National Center for Science Technology Innovation (NCSTI) is initiated by the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission, the Publicity Department of the Beijing Municipal Party Committee, Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, and the Municipal Affairs Service Bureau, under the leadership of the Beijing Office of Promoting the Construction of Science and Technology Innovation Center. On the basis of in-depth research and demonstration, the construction of a science and technology service platform with "one-stop" service function was initiated. The platform was put into trial operation in February 2019 and was launched for testing in May 2021 after the revision and upgrade.
