Fiscal spending on sci-tech development grows 6.4% annually from 2018-2023

From 2018 to 2023, China's fiscal expenditure on science and technology increased from 832.7 billion yuan to over 1 trillion yuan (US$139.25 billion), representing an average annual growth rate of 6.4%, the country's vice minister of finance said at a press conference Thursday.
