China's tax and fee cuts, rebates, deferrals top 1 trillion yuan over 7 months

China has stepped up preferential tax policies to support businesses this year, with the tax rebates as well as tax and fee cuts and deferrals hitting 1.05 trillion yuan (US$145.86 billion) in the first seven months, said the chief accountant of the State Taxation Administration on Thursday.
