Intangible cultural heritage of silver and copper making and gilding thrives in Xining

The silver and copper making and gilding technique in Huangzhong has a history of over one hundred years. In 2011, the technique was listed as a national-level intangible cultural heritage. In 2021, the local government started to establish a handicraft processing base in Yangpo Village.
