Longevity-themed exhibition at Wanshou Temple in Beijing

A Qing-dynasty blue-and-multicolor glazed vase with eight immortals celebrating longevity from the Shunzhi Emperor's reign (1644-1661) on display at the Beijing Art Museum in Wanshou Temple, June 19, 2025. The upper section portrays the eight immortals greeting the God of Longevity, who rides a crane through clouds. Each figure is rendered with expressive gestures, holding items such as a flute, a ruyi tablet and a sacred peach, vividly conveying the festive spirit of a divine birthday tribute.
